Personal Details Status: ProfessionalWorkgroup: Umbelliferae Systematics (Head)Personal Profile Since staring work on the Umbelliferae for the Flora of Bhutan project in 1992, I have extended my floristic research eastwards into China. At present I have a major involvement in the Flora of China project as western co-ordinator and co-author for the Umbelliferae, and sit on the Editorial Committee. Alongside this floristic research I supervise several student monographic projects, notably in the genera Apium, Sium, Cortia (and allies), Pimpinella (Arabian), Acronema (and allies), Aciphylla and the endemics of Socotra.
