Wider DistributionIndia, Burma, Indochina, Peninsular Malaysia, Taiwan and the Ryukyus. EcologyOn rather dry river-banks in light shade at medium altitudes. Proposed IUCN Conservation AssessmentLeast Concern (LC). This variety is widespread and not under any known threat. NotesThe status of this variety is unclear.
