Stipes green to stramineous, 15–20 cm long; scales at base, brown or black, 1–1.5 x 1–1.5 cm, broadly lanceolate, apex acuminate, margin entire, scales higher on stipe smaller and patent. Laminae coriaceous, broadly oblong, apex caudate, bipinnate at base, pinnatifid towards apex; pinnae c. 10–14 pairs, 3–4 cm apart, subsessile, to 15 cm long, 2.5 cm wide; ultimate segments subrhomboid to oblong, c. 1.5 x 0.5 cm, unequal at base, somewhat serrulate at margin, aristate; veins free, pinnately forked. Sori submarginal, large, c. 6 on each side of costule; indusium entire . Distribution in ThailandSOUTH-WESTERN: Kanchanaburi. Wider DistributionBurma, India.
